I know that running in a trail run event is a potentially hazardous activity, which could cause injury or death.

I understand that this event is a VIRTUAL EVENT that will be completed on my own within the designated date/time period.

I agree to abide by all access rules at each location including any applicable entrance fees.

I agree to adhere to county, local and location rules pertaining to COVID-19 safety which includes but not limited to social distancing, mask wearing as applicable and sanitizing my hands before and after touching surfaces at any of the location facilities.

I attest that I have read the rules of the race and agree to abide by them. I assume all risks associated with participating in this virtual event this event, including but no limited to: falls, contact with other participants, contact with wildlife, the effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity, cold weather, rain, high winds, trail conditions, and all such risks being known and appreciated by me.

Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and inconsideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release 2RunCrew Race Productions, City of Harlingen, City of Mission, City of Brownsville, City of Weslaco, Estero Llano Grande SP, and Resaca de la Palma SP, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this virtual event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver.

I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use my photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.

In the event the virtual event is cancelled due to severe weather or circumstance outside of the control of the race organizers, I understand that I will not receive a refund of my registration fees.
